My approach

Sarah M Holshouser, LICSW

I practice from a strengths-based, whole-person wellness perspective. I aspire to help my clients define, understand, and enhance their innate abilities to meet and work through the challenges that inevitably arise in each of our lives. I draw from my experience working in wilderness therapy, outpatient clinic, and in-home intensive therapy to bring a well-rounded approach, full of creativity to every session. I specialize my work towards clients who are looking to unlock their full potential while seeking connection and an improved understanding of self.

Through individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions I use a soft, but direct approach to help you clarify your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together we will set goals that enable you to better understand yourself to enhance your life and wellbeing.

Specialties include: neurodiversity, life transitions, depression, anxiety, family conflict, infertility, and parent coaching.
